Tom has earned a lot of money in the same network marketing. I met Tom at the Dani Johnson trainings I attended plus found out he and I were in the same company. I have known him and Kim for about 5 years. Tom had both of his cars repo’d and was in serious trouble before he committed to turning things around. Just in the first year he made more than 200k…

Reflections on the Little League World Series from Mom's point of view

It has been a blur. Lots of excitement for 10 young men from a small town of Russellville/Logan Co, KY with the population of under 10,000 people. They were chosen from a group of 33 kids that played in the local little league chapter - and these 10 were chosen for the All Stars Team. No one knew the day that their name was called that we would be on the road to Williamsport PA in a just a few weeks.

Creating Memories of a life time

I have always loved taking pictures and documenting what was going on in the picture to be able to have the story years down the road as family pass away and lifes change. I wanted to create those memories in a special way for my children to even enjoy. Creating memories for your family is easy with the right tools - my favorite is the digital scrapbooking that makes my family yearbooks look so awesome.

As the old nursery rhyme goes, "If wishes were horses, beggars would ride."

If you keep on doing what you've always done, you'll keep on getting what you've always gotten. If you want things to change,YOU'VE got to change. You've got to take responsibility for your own success in any endeavor. As I sit here, we're just about to turn the corner into a new year, but it applies no matter WHAT point in the year you find yourself. The fact is that most people will find the new year the same as the old year. Nothing changes - and if it does, it's for the worst. Wondering why that is, or how I can make that prediction?

How to become a Content Factory | Writing with Pull | How it is done.

Here’s the free “Writing With Pull” videothat is being highly talked about with Mike Klingler teaching how to write with pull and be a content factory out on the internet. http://angelabrooks.AttractionMarketersManifesto.com/contentfactory/ I’m SO EXCITED for you because when I took this class - and started applying the methods he mentions - the people started coming to the website with out as much effort as I was using to get them there before. Mike’s going to hold your hand and walk you through a simple process...and many people have really liked that because they do not know where to get started applying content on the web. Yes, writing can actually be enjoyable! You could not have told me that in high school or just a couple of years ago. I hated writing and I struggled when I got started blogging because I did not know what to write or how.

Achieving Success: My Name is Rose

Are you blaming circumstances or others for your lack of success? Are you blind to the overlooked obvious? Many people just can’t see what the true problem to their success is? Are you one of them? Many people are blinded by what they have heard about the economy. They have been deafened by the words and voices of mediocrity they say, “The economy is bad and people won’t be going out anymore or spending money.” Unfortunately for them, they believed this report and began repeating what they hear verbally and non-verbally.

Why Nurses and health care professionals are perfect for network marketing.

Why are Nurses and health care professionals seeking network marketing. As Health care workers: Nursing, Psychiatric, and Home Health Aides help care for physically or mentally ill, injured, disabled, or infirm individuals in hospitals, nursing care facilities, and mental health settings.

Home health aides have duties that are similar, but they work in patients’ homes or residential care facilities. Nursing aides and home health aides are among the occupations commonly referred to as direct care workers, due to their role in working with patients who need long-term care. The specific care they give depends on their specialty.

Nursing aides also known as nurse aides, nursing assistants, certified nursing assistants, geriatric aides, unlicensed assistance personnel, orderlies, or hospital attendants provide hands-on care and perform routine tasks under the supervision of nursing and medical staff. Home health aides help elderly, convalescent, or disabled persons live in their own homes instead of health care facilities.

Psychiatric aides, also known as mental health assistants or psychiatric nursing assistants, care for mentally impaired or emotionally disturbed individuals. Nursing, psychiatric, and home health aides held about 2.3 million jobs in 2006. Nursing aides held the most jobs—approximately 1.4 million. Home health aides held roughly 787,000 jobs, and psychiatric aides held about 62,000 jobs. About 52 percent of nursing aides worked in nursing and residential care facilities and another 29 percent worked in hospitals.

Home health aides were mainly employed by home health care services, nursing and residential care facilities and social assistance agencies. About 47 percent of all psychiatric aides worked in hospitals, primarily in psychiatric and substance abuse hospitals, although some also worked in the psychiatric units of general medical and surgical hospitals. Others were employed in State government agencies; residential mental retardation, mental health, and substance abuse facilities; and nursing and residential care facilities.

Network marketing has a lot to offer, nurses, health care professionals!

Nurses are drawn to network marketing for good reasons. Anyone that who represents the caring profession is, supportive, and hardworking. Their genuine desire to help others indicates a perfect fit for this business.

Nurses are under incredible pressure - a health care system in chaos is not a healthy environment to work in. Erratic hours chronic staff shortages, the risk of contagious diseases, an increasing demands on their time can easily lead to stress, exhaustion, and burnout!

Network marketing is an opportunity to make a worthwhile contribution without sacrificing your own sanity. Their natural empathy helps nurses build strong relationships, and their genuine desire to help others makes them nurturing leaders.

Not to mention that most nurses do not get to spend that much time with there family. Children thrive with their parents at home. The first years shape who they are going to be as a person. Everyone knows the first 5 years of a child's life is the most important. There are NO second chances at raising a child. Losing memories is just not worth it to me.

I have been in nursing for 22 years. Network Marketing has been a wonderful match for me and getting to set my own hours to meet my family needs has been priceless. Health care workers give a lot of themselves to others. My experience with Network Marketing shows another way of sharing and helping others - meet the needs that mean so much to them.Quality time with family.

List Building: Is it important?

What is List Building?

Over the last few weeks this seems to be the question I have been ask the most and I wanted to go over a few things that I hope will help you understanding what is list building and why you need to havea list.

Building a list is one of the single most essential things you can do to survive and stay alive in business. This is the magic of building your client list.

In its simplest form, list building a two step process: the one step is the act of “capturing” a potential customer’s name and email address and the second step is to use that information to create a relationship with that person. Notice I said “create a relationship” not to sell. I’ll get back to that in a minute.

The propose of building a list is to formulate a relationship with the prospects in the marketplace. There are alternative methods to bring traffic to your sales pages; the source can be press releases or marketing with articles, or the search engine, or hubpages, squiddoo pages.

The other technique to accomplish is to establish a relationship with prospects initially, then the prospects that possess similar kinds of problems you can solve and then funnel those prospects to really specific sales pages that solve their really specific problems and then what occurs is the conversion rate on those specific sales pages usually is a lot higher, around five to ten times higher.

List building is not as easy as it sounds and it does not just happen overnight, you have to constantly work at it to be able to get the number and the quality of subscribers you want.

List building is the process of gathering email addresses for the purpose of sending information, offers and other marketing information to clients and potential customers.

It might be tempting to gather all the email addresses you have in your email account and place them on a list to receive your information. You might also think that purchasing an email list from an online source might help you build your list, but there is a much greater likelihood that you will be reported as a spammer if the recipients don’t know you and isn’t thrilled to receive email from you.

Building an organic list can take time, but you stand a better chance of actually connecting with a receptive audience. No matter the method you use to gather names in your list building process make sure to honor requests to unsubscribe.

One way to grow your list is to make sure the information you deliver is targeted, above average and shows value to the client something they will look forward to receiving. The content could be information or it could be a simple sales flyer, but by staying on target you will be more likely to connect with your client. Don’t abuse your list by sending them a significant volume of email.

Carefully plan each mailing and make sure it is strongly related to your core objectives. If you send too much - too often you may be perceived as only slightly better than those incredibly annoying forwards that we all delete from our email files.

List building is a proven method of devising solid contacts for online marketing, but make sure to avoid spamming techniques – the reputation of your online firm may be at stake.

I personally use icontact for my list building and I suggest it to others because of the low cost to use it and it serves many purposes for the advanced user to the new users.
